This Privacy Policy for Personal Data is an integral part of the General Terms of Use of the website www.horen.co (the Site) and applies to visits and use of the site, as well as during the product ordering process.

The website www.horen.co is administered by LUDA STYLE LTD. (the Company). In carrying out its activities, we act as a personal data controller and perform actions for collecting, processing, and storing personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR) and applicable national and European legislation.

  • In case you do not wish your data to be processed through the social networks of HOREN under the conditions specified above, we ask you to refrain from sharing images.

How long do we store your data?

Your personal data will be stored as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected. After this time, HOREN will continue to remove it from its systems, without excluding the possibility of retaining it, limiting its processing to the exercise and defence of claims, within the periods provided for by applicable legislation.

With whom do we share your information?

Subject to applicable legislation, in certain situations, we may share your personal information with third parties in accordance with Art. 6, Para. 1 of the GDPR:

  • Contractors – financial institutions, couriers, insurers, accountants, lawyers, information security consultants, marketing agencies, and others – if necessary for: fulfilling legal or contractual obligations; assisting in the management of work processes; protecting legitimate interests.
  • Public Authorities – tax administration, supervisory and control bodies, local government bodies, and others – to fulfil legal obligations.
  • Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other partners providing technical platforms for customer contact – for optimizing and managing commercial and marketing processes.
  • Judicial authorities, arbitration courts, lawyers, notaries, state and private enforcement agents, mediators, collection agencies, and other intermediaries for debt collection – for the purposes of protecting legitimate interests, including in exercising or defending legal claims, debt collection, filing/responding to complaints, reports, claims, and others to the competent state and judicial bodies.

You can also access your personal data, request the correction of inaccurate data, or, if applicable, request the erasure of data when, among other reasons, they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.

Under certain circumstances, you have the right to object to the processing of your data. Request the portability of your data. Withdraw the consent you have given for the processing of your data by HOREN. You can report to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection.
